Samsung issued an apology for a leak of Hydrofluoric acid in a Korean plant in January. The leak killed one, and injured four.

Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Kwon Oh-hyun told Yonhap News Agency, "We plan to overhaul the system in a bid to better make environmentally-friendly workplaces."
