The folks who jailbreak iPhones may have already jailbroken the iPhone 5. According to Grant Paul aka chpwn on the jailbreak scene, he's got Cydia on his phone already.

Though this doesn't mean it'll be available to the public just yet because there's still a lot to figure out. Stay tuned!
