All kinds of laws are being passed now to deal with privacy on the net. Even we have some pretty weird, bizarre, and blatantly draconian like ones we have to deal with.

Here's one of those rulings you'd never think to be possible. A federal court in the U.S. ruled that if your carrier's towers can see you, so can the police. That makes spying legal, which means they don't need a warrant to track you. All they need is a request to the carrier that's all.

We agree if its all for the sake of protecting the safety of others who might be endangered in unforeseen circumstances but what do you think of this ruling?
