Google is being charged with copyright infringement from New York startup CamUp over a video sharing feature used on Google's social network, Google+. The suit accuses Google of stealing the "watch with your friends" button from CamUp.

The button at current, will direct users from YouTube to a Google+ Hangout page where multiple people can video chat while viewing the video together.

CamUp claims Google unlawfully implemented the concept after a meeting in 2011 where both have met to discuss about possible future collaboration. The company is seeking damages and an injunction to ban the use of the button on YouTube and Google+.
