Ice Cream Sandwich has been available for eight months already but is only now installed on 10 percent of active Android devices, according to Google's own numbers. 64 percent of users are still using Gingerbread. As it is already, Jelly Bean, Android's latest, is on its way. Fragmentation is way too much now.
