Nike has released its popular Nike+ Running app on Android and issued a major update to iOS, which includes bugfixes and major UI overhaul.

The new Nike+ 4.0 update comes with Facebook integration for sharing run data with friends and the ability to start a run from anywhere in the app, also allowing you to compare your last run with your previous ones. There's also a new feature called "shoe tagging" that lets you track your shoes' mileage and find out when it's time to buy a new pair.

The Nike+ Running app is free and it's now available at the Google Play store and the iTunes App Store. There's plenty of stuff in this update so check out the video to see some of the improvements:
