Google+ Hangouts is rolling out "Hangouts on Air", which lets you broadcast your Hangouts live and save them directly to YouTube.

The service is beginning to roll out to the public after a handful of content creators have tested it in the last few weeks. The setup is simple - just check the box to broadcast the Hangout before you begin, confirm your YouTube account details and start recording your Hangout. It'll start broadcasting live on your Google+ page, YouTube Channel and any site where you embed the live player.

When you're done broadcasting, the video will be saved on your YouTube page for easy archiving. It's an awesome solution for those who want to broadcast their thoughts live for all their friends to see.
