For Petronas' collaboration with Mercedes-AMG, the oil and gas company released their latest commercial featuring a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-powered AMG fueled by Petronas Syntium 7000.
This isn't just any shipping container. The EDV-01 is designed to be a disaster area which will automatically transform into an emergency shelter. Two persons can live in the temporary structure for up to a month and it has amenities like running water and electricity.
A set of lithium batteries store the energy generated by solar cells in the day, and a fuel cell at night. There's also an 800 liter tank that provides enough water for cleaning, drinking and cooking.
The EDV-01 can be set up and running in just minutes after its been delivered and in the event that local communications are down it has a satellite link up that lets that inhabitants inside it stay connected to the outside world. [DigInfo TV]
