Here's a creative way of sealing bags. Instead of using chip clips or binder clips, you can make your own by using two plastic straws.



Check out the instructions from WikiHow and they are straightforward. All you have to do is cut one straw lengthwise and then fold the top of the bag you want close over the other. Slide the cut straw over the folded package and other straw. Check it out!
