By now we should be familiar with things like wireless charging, and we've seen chargers like that with the Powermat before. They require you to put a big bulky case on your phone in order for it work. But there's actually a mod available that can let you charge wirelessly sans the case entirely. Here, YouTube user tanv28 shows us how to put the necessary parts into your phone.

The results are incredible, but comes with the fact that you'll need to know how to solder, and you'll need to be comfortable opening up your phone and messing around with its insides to get it to work. When you're done, you'll just be able to place your phone on a mat and it'll charge the battery without any cables, or cases.
