Thank goodness our eyes weren't designed to capture every single detail in our surrounding environment, or we'd be too mesmerized to ever get anything done! Take for instance this clip of a Japanese OSG Mega Muscle Drill pummeling through a block of carbon steel at 3,183 revolutions per minute. Sounds ordinary enough, that is, until you watch it in slow motion:
