Got some loose caps? You can easily tighten any hat with a strip of elastic and some thread. According to Snapguide user J.Angel, sewing a small strip of elastic from some old underwear to the fabric ring insde the hat will do the trick.

You will need some very low-level sewing skills to attach the elastic.
