A building with dragon scales on it? Sounds fantasy-ish! Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, an architecture firm, has unveiled plans for a pair of towers for Seoul's skyline. Its got a dragon facade to it.

The towers, 88- and 77-stories respectively, will have a breathable, scale-like skin of glass panels that will act as a working air-circulation system. That's not all of the green features the buildings are stocking up on. It will include fuel cell cogeneration units at the basement level and triple glazed windows to minimize heat loss.

The 600-mm scaled panels will function as a perforated ventilation system.
