Gone were the days of cassette tapes. I have a few of these and they're probably just sitting collecting dust. But, perhaps, not anymore. CNET shows us how easy it is to record them into an MP3 file with Audacity.

All you need is a tape recorder with RCA outputs and a computer running the free Audacity audio editor. Just plugging in and hitting record isn't going to get you great audio, but CNET has a few tips for getting the best possible final product.
