Connecting a Kinect with a DSLR. What will hackers think of next? This is called the RGBD toolkit and its a project designed to layer HD video over Kinect's depth maps.

It's not perfect yet, but its software which you can get, check out the source link after the jump. It allows a calibrated pair of Kinect and DSLR to capture HD video with 3D depth, and the results are kind of trippy, and the software still needs a lot of post processing to make the results come to life.
