People always say a round table is the most practical one. It saves space, and it also lets you accomodate more people. You get to talk better too. A rectangle table on the other hand, is simply just stylish. But what if it could be one of the same?
Maurico Affonso's expanding table is a clever idea. The table uses 400 wooden slats, which allows it to go from rectangular to a large round dining area.
Of course, there are flaws to this, but have you ever heard of a table cloth? I think that helps to solve the problem from having anything slip through the cracks. [
