Camera bags are usually coupled with zips and velcro. But this one over here, isn't. And if you like it very much, you might just want to help fund the
TrekPak.
TrekPak uses a custom set of dividers held together with anodized aluminum pins that can easily slide in and out of the grooves in the padding. They look easy to reposition and adjust so you can accomodate a lot of stuff in the camera bag. You can double them up when you need more padding if you have more than a couple of lenses in it.
TrekPak was designed to replace the velcro padded inserts, and it comes with dedicated camera bags and hard cases, they can also be installed in regular bags and backpacks. Created by Georgia Hoyer leading the team behind the TrekPak they are currently seeking $15,000 in funding on Kickstarter.
